The Diplomat ballpen Oxyd brass offers a champagne-colored all-metal case, on which the polishing lines are visible. The color of the writing instrument is achieved by oxidation. The fitting parts are high-gloss chrome-plated. The pen is delivered with an easyFlow refill in font color black. For the lead feed provides a stepless twist mechanism. The cap is decorated with a spring-loaded full metal clip.

Each item is finally being polished and refined with different surfaces. Despite of aluminum it has a solid weight and sympathetic surface feeling. The requirements on the AL Sport are high. Small, however big enough for comfortable writing. Robust but not too heavy. By modern CNC technique and the use of high-quality aluminum today it is possible to realise the AL Sport. For the Kaweco Sport ballpens fit the D1 Spare refills which you can get here in our shop. The D1 refills are available in different colours. Already in 1905 Kaweco manufactured the first writing instruments made of metal. Which was produced with silver or gold plated brass in the past, is today manufactured from the lighter aluminum material.
