Shipping costs and payment methods

1. General

We deliver to Germany and internationally to all countries in the list below, free of shipping costs from a certain shopping basket value. We ship exclusively with insured DHL parcel.

In the cart you can see, as a registered customer with a delivery address, how much you need to order for free shipping. If you are not a registered customer, please refer to the shipping table under point 2.

2. Shipping costs and shipping time table

* Prices for Germany include VAT.

* International Zone 1 - 3 prices do not include VAT.

* Shipping to United Kingdom: For shipping to United Kingdom you need an order value of at least 170€.

The Zone International 1 includes the following countries:

3. Orders to countries outside the European Union

In the customs forms for packages to countries outside of the European Union the value of every item included in the package is listed. We reserve the right to provide such information to the customs authorities in order to simplify the procedure or because of legal obligations. Customs may open packages for inspection, we have no influence on that.

Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. You have to pay any charges for customs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary from country to country considerably. For more information, please contact the customs authorities in your country.

Note: The customs authorities of some countries require a special proof of identity from the importer of a commodity before a shipment is released. As the importer of the goods, you or the recipient of the consignment may be prompted to specify an identification number, such as a national identification number, CPF or tax ID.
