The new NEO SLIM fountain pen has a particularly slim barrel made of dark green lacquered metal. In combination of its bright gold details, such as the spring-loaded clip on the cap and end head, clearly sets it apart from other fountain pens. Pelikan Souverän 400 piston fountain pen black blue

The preparation of the coat is complex, because after a specially developed formula for Pelikan is made of cotton material in many steps, a striped piece of material that is bent, ground and then cut with a diamond to contour. Then the characteristic double rings are fitted with the utmost precision, resulting in a nearly seamless transition between the materials before the writing instrument is polished to a high gloss. The last step is to mount the slightly springy beak clip with the famous, stylized pelican. The piston filler has a housing made of diamond-finished precious resin. The fittings are 24 kt. gilded. The nib consists of 14 kt. 585 gold and is finished with a rhodium decoration. The fountain pen has with closed cap a length of 12.5 cm and weighs 15.3 g.
