There are only a few writing instruments which have been successful in the market for decades without big changes. One of them is the Kaweco CLASSIC Sport. It follows the design of the year 1935. Outstanding because of its unique form and size.

In 1911 something special occurred with the Kaweco Sport. A pocket fountain pen which everyone could carry anywhere. Sepp Herberger already appreciated these characteristics. It was with a Kaweco Sport that the former coach of the German national soccer team wrote on a piece of paper his winning tactics which brought the Germans to the world cup in 1954.

The Kaweco SKETCH UP has a comfortable weight for writing and drawing because it is made out of brass. The raw version of the SKETCH UP is made without surface protection and the pen becomes a patina with the time. If you don't like that you can also go for the satin-chrome version. For the Kaweco clutch pencil there are many matching 5.6 mm leads here at mostwanted. The earliest preserved exemplar of a mechanical pencil was found in the wreck of HMS Pandora which sank in 1791. The frigate was sent out to arrest the mutineers of the Bounty. Kaweco has been producing all kinds of mechanical pencils since the beginning of the 19th century.
