Kaweco Lunar Sport Rollerball Shadow Purple
The Kaweco Lunar Sport rollerball in Shadow Purple belongs to the third and final colour pair of the Lunar Sport series. Shadow Purple is the darker of the two: a deep violet tone reminiscent of delicate orchid blossoms. Its counterpart Light Purple, by contrast, shows a pale mauve shimmer that recalls the soft light of the moon.
Iridescent colour shift instead of a plain finish
An iridescent effect sits over the dark base tone and lets ever-changing nuances travel across the body depending on how the light falls. In daylight, on the desk or under artificial light, the rollerball looks a little different every time. Because the dark base makes the colours shine more intensely, Shadow Purple shows this effect far more vividly than the subtler Light Purple, the right choice if you are looking for an expressive everyday pen with a special detail.
Smooth line without an ink bottle
The Lunar Sport rollerball writes with a rollerball refill with a 0.7 mm line width. It combines the smooth, even line of an ink roller with the simplicity of a ballpoint pen, without changing cartridges or filling ink. High-quality refills are available in blue and black, each with a 0.7 mm line width.
Light enough for long writing sessions
At just 12.5 g, the Lunar Sport rollerball belongs to the lightweight class. The body made from durable ABS plastic feels almost weightless in the hand while keeping the familiar robustness of the Sport series. Even during longer writing sessions, your hand tires noticeably less.
Closed, the rollerball measures 10.5 cm and fits into a shirt pocket, a pen case or a notebook loop. With the cap posted it grows to 12.7 cm and reaches a full writing length.
Scope of delivery and matching accessories
The rollerball is supplied in the black Kaweco standard paper sleeve. For a personal touch, slide-on clips in gold, silver, bronze and black are available. On the go, the Kaweco Sport pen cases protect your rollerball.
