The Explore Brushed series in grey is available as a fountain pen, rollerball pen and ballpoint pen. The fountain pen is supplied by the manufacturer with a steel nib and only in the nib size Medium in a gift box. The Kaweco Special Fountain Pen Brass is standard equipped with a blank steel nib. As an alternative you can also equip the pen with a 14 karat gold nib. The surface is highly polished brass. The metal will change with time and get a patina. A clip can also be purchased for the fountain pen. The thread at the end of the shaft makes the cap's edges end with the barrels edges. When closed, a small rubber ring helps that the cap and shaft edges look nice in a perfect line. Kaweco ink cartridges or the Kaweco standard converter with inkwekll are ideally used for the Kaweco Special Fountain Pen Brass. The SPECIAL, as it exists today, has been developed fundamentally already in the 1930s. Even then, the characteristics of the Kaweco SPECIAL office pencils were a simple and minimalistic, octagonal design with the grip push button. They were first made of hard rubber and later by celluloid. Today, the SPECIAL pencils are available in 4 different line thicknesses which allows you to choose between 0.5mm 0.7mm 0.9mm and 2.0 mm. Perfect for any type of drawings. Whether technical drawings, creative drawings or simply write, the Kaweco SPECIAL pencil convinces us at mostwanted-pens completely. In addition to this assortment, there is also the fountain pen and ballpoint pen. The living material brass is now used as a design element and robust, reliable mechanisms are installed. The Kaweco Brass SPECIAL writing instruments get a patina in use because the metal will oxidize. This is what Kaweco desires and is not a defect.

Original design redefined.  A completely new pen series, but originally Kaweco: The new Kaweco Original impresses with its elegant lines and distinctive design. Especially the matte look of the surface creates great exclusivity. The purist design of the writing instruments harmonises wonderfully with the solid aluminium body, the chrome-plated elements and highly scratch-resistant anodisation.  You can individualise your pen by choosing the nib you like best. Five different nib sizes are available, from extra fine to extra broad. While the extra fine nib (EF) is suitable for small and fine handwriting, the extra broad (BB) nib is often used for large, dramatic signatures. For beginners, we recommend the nib size medium (M). All nibs are produced in Germany.    While the basic shape was based on writing instruments from the late 50s, the octagonal shape breathes the typical Kaweco product DNA into the Original. Especially the grip section makes the writing instrument clearly recognisable, as it is convex compared to other Kaweco series.    Due to the optimal length of the barrel, there is enough space for a large Kaweco standard converter. Thanks to a thread in the feed, the converter can be screwed into the front part. So, in addition to the Kaweco ink cartridges, it is possible to refill from the ink bottles. The Kaweco Original is excellently balanced for extensive writing without a cap. The Original can be securely attached to the writing pad or the shirt pocket utilising its permanently mounted clip for on the go or when changing meeting rooms.    We also offer eleven colourful inks, available as cartridges or ink bottles, as well as suitable standard converters.
