The Kaweco AL Sport is a really tough pen. Traditional design was consequently combined with modern materials. The Kaweco AL Sport is being produced of massive aluminum using CNC machines. Each item is finally being polished and refined with different surfaces. Despite of aluminum it has a solid weight and sympathetic surface feeling.

The requirements on the AL Sport are high. Small, however big enough for comfortable writing. Robust but not too heavy. By modern CNC technique and the use of high-quality aluminum today it is possible to realise the AL Sport.

For the Kaweco Sport ballpens fit the D1 Spare refills which you can get here in our shop. The D1 refills are available in different colours.

Already in 1905 Kaweco manufactured the first writing instruments made of metal. Which was produced with silver or gold plated brass in the past, is today manufactured from the lighter aluminum material.

The LILIPUT is one of the oldest Kaweco series. Already in 1908 it inspired by the simple style of this writing instrument which was made of ebonite those days. Till today the Kaweco LILIPUT ballpen consists of not more than 3 housing parts.

Kaweco LILIPUT fountain pen fireblue

The Kaweco Liliput Fireblue fountain pen is turned from a block of stainless steel with a CNC machine. As a standard, a blank steel nib is installed in the fountain pen. As an alternative, a carbon black coated steel nib, a rhodium-plated 14 carat gold nib and a partially rhodium-plated 14 carat Bi-Color gold nib are possible. All nibs are available in sizes EF, F, M, B, BB. Suitable for the fountain pen, Kaweco has a large selection of ink cartridges here in our shop. In the pen fit all standard ink cartridges of the same size. Kaweco has also recently introduced a suitable slide-on clip for the Kaweco LILIPUT fountain pen. This clip is available in bronze. The LILIPUT series is one of the oldest series of Kaweco. As early as 1908 the simple design of these writing instruments, which were then made of hard rubber, fascinated.
